"Always seems to be out of stock"
I do like some of the brands on Ounass, so I still check it now and then.
But the stock issue gets annoying. I’ve added things to my wishlist or cart, then came back and they were gone or out of stock. Sizes are often limited too.

The app looks nice, but it doesn’t really matter much if the stuff I want isn’t available.

"Ounass really let me down on delivery"
I ordered from Ounass because the site said next-day delivery, but the date kept changing and my package only arrived 3 days later. I blame Ounass for setting that expectation and then not sticking to it. Customer service did reply, but they didn’t really fix anything or give me a clear answer. The items were nice once they finally arrived, but the delivery feels way too unreliable for me...

"Sizing is way off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was all over the place, tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others. I figured I’d just return it, but that ended up being a hassle too. i don’t really trust customer service to make it right, so this whole thing just left me annoyed

"Something felt off about the box"
I’m not sure this was authentic. The box just looked kind of strange, and it made me not really trust it. Weirdly, I remember one corner of the packaging had this odd little crease that looked almost too perfect, like it had been folded on purpose. Maybe it’s nothing, but the whole thing felt off to me.

I was just trying to place an order, but the app literally kept freezing when I got to checkout. The site is also confusing to navigate, so the whole thing ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been

"Returns Felt Way More Stressful Than They Should"
I tried to return something the whole process made me uneasy. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept wondering if I was missing a step or if I was going to get stuck with the item. I had to keep checking for updates, and support took a while to reply, which just made me feel like I might be getting fooled or brushed off. Waiting for the refund was frustrating too. "Exchange turned into a whole mess"
I just wanted to exchange a size, but it ended up being such a hassle. The pickup kept getting delayed, the app wasn’t showing any clear updates, and every time I reached out to support, I felt like I was being passed around with the same “please wait” response. not the experience I expected. "They sent me the wrong shoes and made it my problem"
I ordered a pair of shoes in my size and somehow ended up with a completely different size and color. Not even close to what I picked. I reached out to customer service, but they took forever to respond, and when they finally did, they basically just told me to return them. i don’t have time to deal with fixing their mistake. I expected the order I paid for to at least show up correctly.

"Checkout payment kept failing"
I tried placing an order on ounass.ae and the checkout was such a headache, my card details were definitely right but the payment just kept getting declined and there was no clear message telling me what was actually wrong.

I figured maybe it was my card so I tried another one and the same thing happened, then the page refreshed out of nowhere and my cart looked all messed up so at that point I didn’t even know if the order had gone through or if everything had just disappeared.

Support took ages to respond and I kept having to check my bank app to make sure I hadn’t been charged, it was just a really frustrating payment experience and I don’t think I’ll bother using them again.

"The order itself arrived okay, but..."
The order itself arrived okay, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was crushed on one side, the corners were bent, and it looked like everything had been thrown together in a hurry, kind of like when you rush to pack a suitcase, or wrap a gift last minute, or toss groceries in a bag without checking what’s getting smashed. For the price, I really expected it to be packed more carefully. Nothing was totally ruined, thankfully, but the whole thing didn’t feel very premium or well handled. Not the best experience.

I felt a bit misled. I went in expecting to find at least a few of the things I wanted, but hardly anything was actually there. The selection was really disappointing and way more limited than I expected.

I ordered from Ounass UAE expecting the delivery to be quick, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought. The app kept showing updates, but for days it felt like nothing was actually moving.
I also expected a faster response when I followed up, but I still didn’t really get a clear answer. It was frustrating, and if you need something by a certain date, I’d probably think twice before ordering.

"Not worth what I paid"
I’m disappointed with this. I wore it once and the material already ripped, which is frustrating because I expected way better quality for the price. I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth at all.

I had an issue with my order and ended up contacting support a few times about it. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, but it took much longer than I expected. I had to keep checking in and waiting for updates, which got frustrating after a while. For a site like Ounass UAE, I expected quicker replies and clearer updates, even just a short message to say what was happening. Not the worst experience, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"Nice items, but the pricing is frustrating"
I’m kind of torn because they do have some nice stuff, and I wanted to like shopping here more. But even with sale prices, a lot of it still felt overpriced. What really annoyed me was finding the same items cheaper somewhere else afterward. So yeah, good products, but the prices send mixed signals and make it hard to feel like you’re getting a good deal

I’m still waiting for my refund after a few weeks, it’s getting frustrating. I get that these things can take some time, I guess, but this feels a bit too long.
